Double Room available for 1.5 months in Dalston

I'm moving out of my current flat, and leaving behind 2 lovely flatmates for the next 2 months. This leaves the room available for about 1.5 months, with move in any time from now, and move out November 4th, or November 5th at the very latest.

About the flat

The flat is on the fourth (top) floor of a purpose built block and comprises three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. We also have the luxury of a south-facing balcony which is currently covered in a wealth of dead tomato plants. There are lots of large windows and the flat feels bright, airy and spacious year round.

The apartment contains the same fixtures that were present in 1999, retro pine kitchen cabinets, a faulty extractor fan above the hob, and garish bedroom carpets. As well as these retro pieces, the kitchen is equipped with a modern fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and gas hob. The bathroom has a shower (with great water pressure), sink and toilet.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction, and there are many useful bus routes nearby. We are well located for a variety of cafes, pubs and shops.

About the room
---
The available room is on the small side, but has a double bed, desk, desk chair, two built and a built in cupboard. You'll also have use of the cupboard in the hall, and there is storage under the bed.

Who you will be living with
---
Sophie and Miranda, who are both mid-twenties and working professionals. They are lovely, and spend time doing yoga, pottery, dance and watching the football. They work from home 2-3 days per week.

So £1050 per calendar month total!
