General:
Stunning Georgian five bedroom house on a quiet, leafy road. We want a group of young professionals to rent our fabulous house. 22-30 age group is ideal.

The House:
The house has generous communal space and there is incredible light throughout (as there are no lower ground areas). The period reception room has marble fireplace and French doors onto the front garden. The kitchen diner has a big skylight with wash machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezers. The sunny garden off the kitchen is a delight and perfect to enjoy Al fresco lunches and drinks. There are two full bath/shower rooms.
There is also an amazing roof terrace with views over the whole neighbourhood! Ideal for a morning coffee or watching the sunset.

Bedrooms:
A choice of double rooms overlooking either the pretty garden or quiet street. All are very bright with sash windows, original fireplaces and stripped wood floors. All rooms are partially furnished.

The Location:
A very quiet and leafy residential road a couple minutes walk to Dalston Junction tube and Dalston Kingsland overground BR. Loads of trendy multi cultural restaurants, cute cafes, pubs, galleries and supermarkets nearby. The bustle of Dalston trendy clubs and Curve Garden is a five minute walk away.

Once we have five people who love the house then it will be let on a twelve month AST with everyone on the same contract. It is suggested that the room split could be: 2 x £330 per week, 2 x £295 per week and 1 x £320 per week.
