Hello! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in Stoke Newington, as 2 of us will be leaving London. It's a small, cozy single room in a 4-bedroom house (the other room has been taken!)

• Located in Stoke Newington/ Dalston, walking distance to Hackney Downs and Clissold park
• Transport options: 8 min walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction
• Move in around October 11th
• Monthly rent (excl. bills) £650
About The Roommates:
You'll be sharing the house with two 25-year-old outgoing artists! Zak, a musician/sound engineer, and Harry, a multimedia artist. The flat has a generally creative vibe, with a lot of music making, but also dabbling in drawing, video, writing, knitting, a bit of gardening, or just any idea that seems fun!
Who we're looking for:
As you'd guess, someone easy-going, clean, and sociable. All genders and people welcome, any profession as well, ideally of a similar age, but not a dealbreaker. Honestly, just send a tiny description of yourself, what you do, what you want to do, and a few interests (as well as email and contact and all that)!
We are looking to be as swift as possible with everything, so if this looks at all interesting, message us ASAP and we will arrange a viewing.
