Lovely Double Bedroom in Dalston/De Beauviour available from 17 October 2025 to 21 December 2025 (perfect for the run-up to Christmas!).

The room is lovely and well set up - it comes with a desk, a shoe rack, a cupboard, under-bed storage, a mirrored wardrobe, and it’s basically an en suite. The downstairs bathroom is only used by me, so it's basiucally an en suite.

The location couldn’t be better, right next to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations for super easy travel, and right in the heart of Kingsland Road with all its pubs, clubs, and bars just a short walk away.

I’ll be out of the country for almost the full two months, so I’m looking to sublet while I’m gone.

The house itself has a really relaxed vibe, everyone’s friendly, enjoys a drink and a night out on weekends, and chills after work during the week. All three housemates work 9–5 jobs in London. Plus, there’s both a front and back garden, which is a banging tbh.
