Cosy Room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Dalston

Unfortunately our flatmate has to move out and we are looking for someone to take over his room.

The flat has a nicely sized living room and a private patio. One room has an en-suite, so you will be sharing a bathroom with only one person. The room fits a double bed.

The building is modern, close to bus stops and overground. Everything Dalston and Hackney have to offer is around 10-15mins walk away!

Current flatmates are Emilia and Marie, two friendly gals. We’re pretty laid back, but leading a busy social life. We are looking for a nice, sociable and clean person to join us :) we’re a LGBTQIA household 🌈

Logistics:
Rent £900 / month (gas included)
Bills approx £110 / month (council tax band D)
Available from mid-October, long term contract.

Standard reference checks will be carried out by the landlord (no students unfortunately, sorry!)

Room comes unfurnished but the rest of the flat is as cosy as we could make it :)
