I’m renting out a beautiful double room in a furnished flat on a SHORT TERM basis.

PLEASE READ:
The flat is on the market to be sold, so this set-up will suit someone in between places or in London on a temporary basis. Buyers will occasionally look around the flat, and so the room would need to be clean and tidy.

The flat:
On the third floor of a secure, purpose-built block, with a big open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.

A bit about me:
I’m a live-in landlord but I travel a lot for work and usually only stay a couple of nights a week. I’m incredibly tidy and respectful.

Dalston Junction is a minute away, and Kingsland’s just a few minutes on foot. You’ve got Aldi, M&S, loads of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, and London Fields is a short walk or cycle away.

Who I’m looking for:
