Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in my lovely semi-furnished 2-bed, 1-bath apartment in Dalston (Newington Green)

About the Flat:
• Second-floor apartment in a 3-flat building
• Bright and large living area with a large kitchen
• Small balcony
• Clean and well kept apartment

Your Room:
• Large double room
• Unfurnished (there is a bed & mattress available to be purchased if required)
• The rest of the house comes furnished

Location:
• 5 minute walk to Newington Green with great cafes, pubs, and bus access to most of London
• Less than 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction for Overground lines
• Tesco Express less than 50 metres away!

Costs:
• Rent: £1,125 per month
• Deposit: TBC approx. £1,500
• Bills: around £170/month (includes council tax, utilities, internet etc.)

Move-in:
Available from 20th October. Tenancy runs until Oct 2026.

A friendly, professional, tidy, and easy-going tenant. Single occupancy only, no couples.

I’m an easygoing Aussie and full-time professional who is in the office most days. I love travelling, football and enjoying the best parts of London life (when I’m not travelling)! The flat is well maintained and tidy as I like to enjoy a peaceful, relaxed space.
