Large room with lots of sunlight and storage available for sublet from the start of November to mid-February. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, clothes rail, kallax and bedside table. The bathroom, with a shower over the bath, is only shared with one other person. The flat itself is really cosy and in a brilliant location between Dalston, Haggerston and De Beauvoir.

There are four other flatmates who are all friendly and creative, with a mix of ages from mid-20s to mid-30s. Everyone has their own lives but we all get on and like to chat about our days and watch TV in the evening. We’re quite a tidy flat and would be looking for someone who will clean up after themselves. Somebody anti-racist, comfortable in neurodiverse spaces, queer friendly and feminist would be an ideal fit.

Rent: the rent is £940 pcm, with bills usually between £100–130.

Location: it’s 6 minutes from Dalston Junction and Haggerston station and also along the 76, 149, 242 and 243 bus routes.
