The flat has a large open-plan kitchen and living area that leads out to another big shared balcony — lots of space to hang out. There’s one bathroom with a toilet and shower, plus an additional separate toilet.

The flat is only 7 years old, and everything is still in really good shape.

Located right in the heart of Dalston — less than a 2-minute walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, and on plenty of bus routes. There's also a huge array of shops, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants on the doorstep

The room is available from November 1st (although we may be able to discuss some flexibility here) and costs £1,050 per month, plus bills (usually around £100 per month).

You’ll be living with Niall (30) and Jack (31) — both working professionals. We’re pretty easy-going and ideally looking for a flatmate who’s happy to hang out watching TV or football on the sofa and join us for the occasional pub trip. Anyone who's keen to join us for a game of tennis or 5-a-side is also a bonus! We both have relatively busy lives and are out of the flat quite a bit, so we’re never on top of each other, but keen for someone who is up for being an active part of the house.

We’re looking for someone who matches our personalities and helps keep the flat clean. Ideally, someone who goes into the office a couple of days a week or is happy working from their room.
