Double room in sociable Haggerston home!!

Hi everyone!

My pal and I have found a lovely 6 bed (+garden!) in the Haggerston area, close to the station, less than 10 mins from London Fields. There is 1 more double room going for £940 per month. We have been told monthly bills will come to £50-100 on top of this depending on time of year etc. We're looking for a guy to fill the room to keep the gender balance!

This is a new house so we’d all be moving in and creating something lovely at the same time! Move in will be Oct 24th and deposit will be roughly 1 month's rent and will be needed to be put down in the next week, so we're looking for someone who can get on board quickly.

We have put a lot of effort into finding some really lovely and sparky people so that the vibes are good, as we feel this is very important in a house share!! It will be a mixed gender household with a big emphasis on everyone getting on - we are very much against the vibe of living with strangers who we never talk to/hang out with. We’re thinking pub trips, group dinners, Mario Kart competitions, Halloween parties. We’re creatives so always open to hearing from like-minded art freaks but basically down for anyone between 23-30 who is easy going, friendly, up for a good time. We also keep busy with seeing friends, work, etc, so independent as well.

In terms of the room itself - it's a generously sized double furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (none of the rooms have desks yet so we will all be on the desk hunt when we arrive). You're ofc welcome to bring any other bits of furniture you have for your room. It's on the ground floor and is the only bed on this floor. It's right next to a bathroom with a shower, which will be shared, but only with ~1 other because there's 1 bathroom for every 2 people in the house! The house has a lovely living room, kitchen diner, and garden.
