Double room available from 3/11 for 6 months

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into a well-located flat in East London, Dalston. The room will be available from November 3, 2025, with a stay of about six months until May 31, 2026.

The room comes with a double bed and a closet. It’s a bright, east-facing room. A desk and chair can be provided if we have spares available.

The flat is right in front of an Overground station, and there are three bus stops within a one-minute walk. The nearest stations are Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland. There’s excellent access to Shoreditch and central London.

A TESCO is very close by, and larger supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer, as well as Boots and organic food shops, are within a five-minute walk. Almost all daily necessities are available around the flat.

Utilities are included in the monthly rent (subject to change depending on usage).

You’ll share the flat with four other Japanese housemates, each with different careers. Non-Japanese flatmates are also very welcome.

Residents share a living room, kitchen, two toilets, and a shower. The kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy cooking, with a gas stove, oven, washing machine, fridge, and rice cooker.
