Hello there!
I’m leaving my flat (I’ve been here since 2022) and my room is gonna be available since 1st of November - there’s some flexibility on the moving in date eventually.
Rent is 935£ pm ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
There’s also a weekly cleaner, wifi, all sorts of appliances, living room (mostly used to dry clothes) and our beloved handyman Adam who lives downstairs if anybody needs something to be fixed!
The room comes with a double bed, drawer, desk + chair and a wardrobe.
You’ll be living with 3 professionals girls in their 30s, mostly working outside the flat, occasionally one girl is working from home.
It’s a quiet flat and has got a communal garden if you want to throw a bbq during summer 🌞
