🏡The House:

The Room:
Comes with built-in wardrobe, plenty of storage and space for a desk if wfh. It's south facing so gets a lot of sun! The bathroom has a shower. Upon request, we could potentially get you a bed - depending on if the landlord will say yes.

📍Located on a quiet backstreet in Dalston. Only 6 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs overground stations.

🖼 House is in great condition, has some original Victorian features and is well-decorated. Open plan kitchen-living room with skylights and bifold doors which open out to our private garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

Any maintenance issues are usually fixed by the landlord’s maintenance team within 72 hours. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes over once a week, this is included in the bills.

During the first two weeks of December, there will actually be a complete repaint done to the house so you will be moving into a fresh new home!

A bit about the housemates:

🧒🏽Urooj - 30 years old, moved over from Canada and work in software product. I like all the basic things like running, reading, galleries, watching movie, cooking and a good pint of Guinness. I work for a Canadian company so my WFH days change between 1-3 days a week. I always work from my room in those days.

💁🏼‍♂️Rhys - 36 years old from Cardiff, working in film as a set builder/Carpenter. Also in to Graphic design and channeling creativity. Enjoys living an active lifestyle. Very much in to cycling, outdoors, attending gigs, art, cooking, chilled evenings in the pub, music. But also appreciate my alone time.

🐶 I am also planning on getting a cocker spaniel by early next year, which ideally would not be a problem for you.

You:
- Loves East London/Hackney/Dalston as much as we do.
- Has hobbies and things they're passionate about.
- Wants to create a space that is engaging, and one where we all get on but also appreciate people’s privacy.
