2 month sublet Jan-Feb: Dalston double room

2 month sublet, bills all included: 27 December to 15 February (dates can be flexible). Additional smaller room available if you need to extend either side.

Super spacious house - 3 bedrooms, 3 level, only sharing with one other professional woman. Your own ensuite bathroom too. Great setup for someone relocating to London wanting a nice landing pad! WFH friendly.

Super handy location close to both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground and frequent buses, a few minutes walk from the high street but away from any traffic, quiet and pedestrian access only. Short walk to Stoke Newington or Clissold Park, or an easy bus or bike ride to Shoreditch and the City. Bike can be available to borrow if you need or bring your own.

Sharing the house with one other woman (homeowner), late 30s professional, into community, yoga and meditation, conscious healthy living, psychology, salsa and festivals. We strive to create a homely, calm vibe in our home and it’s an ideal spot for a 25-35+ woman/femme with similar interests and energy. Queer friendly and open to all dietary preferences.

Cosy chill vibes, the house is warm and a nice quiet place to relax. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with gas hobs and everything you need to cook, and the lounge and balcony with morning sun are a great spot to hang out, do yoga or just watch Netflix!

Big double room with bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers available for your use. There’s a small bathroom right next to the room (shower and toilet) that you have your own use of, plus a bath upstairs. Fortnightly cleaner included in the bills.
