Garden Flat in Dalston/Newington Green

We are two girls (25/26) looking for a flatmate to sublease from 21 November-26 July. We live in a mews house that is protected by a coded gate on a quiet side street less than 10 min walk from Dalston kingsland and Dalston junction overground stations. There is a beautiful big garden that is not done justice in the photo provided that is the best part of the house. We are easy going and extroverted, and would appreciate a flatmate we can be good friends with. One of us works in office full time and the other works hybrid 1 or 2 days in office a week. Bills come out to about £190 each for wifi, gas/electric, water, council tax. The flat is furnished but room unfurnished (could buy bed and furniture off leaving flatmate)
