Flatmate is leaving with her cat on the 15th Nov.
Her room is a double rom (biggest room) with plenty of storage with window facing west. We have a large shared living room, kitchen and newly refurbed bathroom.
The flat is 5mins away from both Dalston Kingsland station and Dalston Junction station.
There’s a massive Sainsbury’s as well as many other major supermarkets and independent stores.
We are literally in centre of a queer hub.
Landlady lives away and the property is managed by an agency.

About me:
I’m a queer man from Seychelles working as an electrical engineer in central London.
I go away on long trips so a free flat is a common occurrence.
I’m very socialable sometimes have friends over - with notice of course (expect the same).
I smoke but never in the flat, we are very conscious of the smell.
I’m also an activist so prefer no fascists to maintain this flat as a safe home.
Love music, I’ve got keyboard and I sing.
