Lovely Room in Dalston/stoke newington house

We have a lovely room coming available in our 5-bed house in Stoke Newington/dalston. Looking for someone to move in end of November if not earlier.

The house has a decent sized kitchen, living room and garden, with one large bathroom.
The room comes with a bed (different to pictures) and mattress and has plenty of storage.

You’ll be living with 2 guys and 2 girls in their late 20s -30s. We often go to the pub together but also all have our separate things going on

We would like to find someone of a similar age, sociable, clean, tidy, respectful, down to chat and get to know us but also has their own thing going on

Also looking for someone who wants to stay long term / no short lets

The room is £770, plus bills which comes to about £150 (including everything plus a fortnightly cleaner) deposit is £770
