Bright, peaceful flat available for short-term 3 week sublet from 31st Jan – 21st Feb.

My home is very well located in Dalston. The street is peaceful and quiet but the flat is within short walking distance of the best this neighbourhood has to offer – cool bars, great restaurants and fantastic music venues. Public transport is excellent: the overground is five minutes away, with easy connections to the Central and Victoria lines, and you can reach the West End in under half an hour. The flat get lots of light and includes a dedicated workstation and a private roof terrace.

Open to a single person or a couple – non smokers and no parties please, am looking for people who are considerate and respectful.
