Dalston Shared Flat - short-term let (11/12~10/01)

I’ll be letting out my double room for about a month, from 11 December to 10 January.
(Check-in: 11 December / Check-out: 10 January)
The total rent for the full period is £800, plus a £400 deposit — £1,200 in total (all bills included).
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and storage space.
All windows are double glazed. We have a living room right next to a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There is enough essential kitchenware, two fridges. The flat is three stories meaning not all rooms are on the same floor so our flat is even more suitable specially for those of you who value their personal spaces.

We are in the heart of Dalston, on Kingsland Rd. Seconds walk from Dalston Junction station (Zone2) and a few minutes from Dalston Kingsland station. Accessibility with buses are exceptional. Loads of shops on your doorstep such as Tesco, Post Office, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Harvest E8, etc.. (well, it’s Kingsland Rd so no problem getting most of the essentials.)

You’ll be sharing the flat with four other flatmates, each working in different fields.
We like to keep our flat clean and tidy. All of us are friendly, responsible people who respect personal spaces and have respect for others and their lifestyle. We keep loud parties out of our flat. No smoking nor drugs in our flat.

All bills are included.
