You’ll be sharing with a 34-year-old Spanish amzing woman who’s been living in London for many years, and her two adorable cats, Petunia and Miu Miu (very quiet cats they almost never leave Yara bedroom) 🐾 The atmosphere at home is friendly and relaxed.

💷 £1,150/month + bills (I would say that all inclusive bills + wifi + council tax + rent is around 1300£ but it depends on the monthly consume)
🗓️ Available from around 12th January (flexible if you need to move in earlier starting from 1st December)
📜 Agency contract – renewable, long-term preferred

The room is empty apart from the guardarobe. I can leave it fournished with: bed frame + matress + 2 couscins + desk + chair + one rack (all less than 1 yrs use and in perfect conditions) for 120£. I can provide you invoices from last year where I paid more than double the price.
