We’re moving out and looking for someone (couple or single with a higher budget) to take over our lovely room. It’s a generous double with built-in wardrobes and big south-facing windows that fill the room with sunlight all day.

The flat’s tucked away on a quiet street just moments from Kingsland Road, so you’re close to everything - Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, loads of buses, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and all the best bits of East London life - but without the road noise!

You’ll be sharing with a great group of full-time professionals in a modern, friendly flat. The main bathroom is large and shared with just one other person - everyone else has their own ensuite.

We’re only moving because we’ve found our own place.
