The flat is located in the heart of Dalston Lane; thirty seconds away from Hackney Downs Station and 10 minutes from both Hackney Downs and London Fields. There is also a Tesco next door, so it’s very well located ;)

It’s a beautiful top floor flat with a lot of natural light all day long. Our bathroom is tiled and modern complete with a large bathtub and shower. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen, fast reliable internet, and central heating (everything is in great shape and working well)!

The building is grade listed and has recently undergone a full restoration which means that, not only it’s a beautiful historical Georgian home, we also have a large, protected, private garden out the back.

The living room and kitchen come fully furnished and the bedroom would come with a mattress and two chest of drawers, so you can make it your own (previous flatmate has some furniture she might be interesting in selling to you for a good price too).

It’s a two bedroom flat so you’d only be sharing it with me :) I’m a 30 year old photographer and designer working predominantly in the music industry and hybrid. Am looking for another gal to join me. Someone tidy and respectful so we can keep the space peaceful and homey.
