Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a kind and lovely soul to take over my double cozy room in Dalston from January to early May 2026.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two wonderful women in their mid-30s, both long-time Hackney residents (10+ years!) who are friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.

*About You
You’ll be a great fit if you’re:

• A kind and considerate person who respects others’ space and schedules.
• Clean and tidy - we have a weekly cleaning rota and everyone does their bit daily.
• Quiet during night hours.
• Looking for a calm and chilled home in the heart of Dalston (not a party flat sorry!).

*About the Flat & Room

• 3-bedroom flat with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, plus one shared bathroom.
• The room is quiet and faces the internal courtyard - no street noise!
• Comes fully furnished with: double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, bookshelf, cabinet, bedside shelf, and mirror.
• VERY IMPORTANT - The window opens to an internal area of the building. It gets a good amount of natural light and good air circulation. This makes the room very quiet and warm. However, if you think this would be a problem and need an outward-facing window, this might not be for you!

*Rent & Details

• £1,050/month - all bills included
Rent due on the 1st of each month (no late payments, please!).
• 2 weeks’ rent deposit required to secure the room.
• Available 1st January - early May 2026
• Sadly no pets, couples, smoking, or parties.
