Dalston Flat

We're sadly losing one of our roomies so we're looking for a new friend to take her place.

The place is the perfect space for three people with a super spacious living / dining / outdoor area downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs (with three bathrooms in total.)

Your room has plenty of natural light, space for a desk and there is a built-in wardrobe already there. The room comes unfurnished apart from the wardrobe* so you'd need to come with a bed.

The room is 1025 + bills.

You’ll be living with Holly (30) and Maddy (28), two down to earth gals who have collectively called London home for 4+ years. We are respectful, considerate housemates with our own things going on and our house has always been a calm space to re-coup from our busy London lives. We're ideally looking for a female flatmate to keep the vibe.

A couple of other things to note:

Holly and Maddy are American & Australian, so going back home to visit family and friends for a month or so at a time is normal. Because of this, we have always been a sublet friendly home (usually friends in need of rooms short-term).

Bills are usually ~£130pcm (council tax, utilities, internet).

The apartment is within the Cotton Lofts development which is a secure gated complex. We also have bike storage.

The room is available from the 4th of December and you would be replacing the current tenant for the remainder of the lease (until July 2026 - but we expect to re-sign for a further 12 months from then). References will be carried out by the managing agency.
