Double room with own bathroom

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a new flatmate in their late 20s/early 30s to join me in my two bedroom flat in Dalston.

Rent: £1350

📆 Move in date is flexible. Anytime from December 15th to mid-January and it would be long term. Viewings will be held ASAP

📍 The flat is located very close (5-7 mins walk away) to Dalston Junction and all the central nightlife in Dalston. Great location.

🏡 It's a first floor flat, with two very well sized rooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen/living area is huge, with plenty of storage space and chilling in the evenings.

The flat, however, is currently undergoing cladding renovation, so there will be ongoing works for the first few months and limited use of the balcony. However, during this period, the landlady is willing to apply a rent discount.

I work full-time in central London, with a few days of wfh. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, going out with friends and the odd night out. I’m ideally looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who will treat the flat like home, keeping it clean and contributing towards a homely atmosphere.
