* Bathroom shared with one other flatmate
* Building concierge from 7am - 7pm daily - amazing for parcels!
* Secure bike storage in the building
* Balcony + access to residents garden
Bills (council tax band E, electricity, water, underfloor heating, broadband and some household supplies) are split equally between flatmates, which comes to approx. £130 a month.
Current flat mates are 2 male professionals (a lawyer and an accountant) aged 30-31.

Room available from early January and would be an official lease takeover from myself. That current lease ends 31/03/2026 so new flatmate will be taking over my place on the lease until then and then can renew if they wish. The agent has confirmed they'll be renewing this lease.
I can be flexible with the move in date.
