* Bathroom shared with one other flatmate
* Building concierge from 7am - 7pm daily - amazing for parcels!
* Secure bike storage in the building
* Balcony + access to residents garden
Bills (council tax band E, electricity, water, underfloor heating, broadband and some household supplies) are split equally between flatmates, which comes to approx. £130 a month.
Current flat mates are 2 male professionals (a lawyer and an accountant) aged 30-31.

Note that current lease ends 31/03/2026 so new flatmate will be taking over my place on the lease until then (and then can renew if they wish).
