* Bathroom shared with one other flatmate
* Balcony + access to residents garden
Bills (council tax band C, electricity, water, central heating, broadband and some household supplies) are split equally between flatmates, which comes to approx. £120 a month.
I'm the current flat mate, a 29 y/o male creative.
