The flat will be going on the market to be sold from March, so this set-up would suit someone flexible who is looking for something temporary. There will be occasional viewings, so the flat would need to be clean and tidy.

Dalston Junction is a minute away, and Kingsland’s just a few minutes on foot. You’ve got Aldi, M&S, loads of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, and London Fields is a short walk or cycle away.
