Our third flatmate is moving back to the US so we are looking for someone to take over her tenancy from Jan 2nd (may be able to arrange an earlier/later move-in if needed)

• 5 mins from Dalston Kingsland (Mildmay) and 10 mins from Dalston Junction (Windrush)
• Close to big Sainsbury’s and Harvest
• Clissold Park is a 15min walk away
• London Fields is a 10min cycle
• Easy to get to Shoreditch/Central

🌟Move in:
Jan 2nd, 2026 - May 5th 2026 with the possibility of renewal
• Subject to passing referencing done through the landlord (paystubs or uk guarantor)

🛋️ Rent:
£966.67 a month plus share of bills (wifi, gas/electric, & council tax ~£130)

💸Deposit:
£1076.67 (5 weeks of rent)

Small double bed with wardrobe and small cube shelving (there is room for a desk/chair or other shelves)

Top floor 3-bedroom flat, shared bathroom, lots of natural light, super responsive & helpful landlord

• Friendly and warm, but also happy having their own space!
• Someone who wants to join us in making this a relaxed, comfortable, lovely flat for all of us to feel at home!

• Two girls in our mid twenties, Yaju (26) @helloyaju & I (26) @yayavalencia444, who just finished our masters & are freelancing (but also looking to get in person jobs)
• We enjoy good food, cute markets, silly little walks/bike rides, exhibitions and gigs
• Sociable and easygoing (we love having dinner parties or small themed get-togethers), but also value downtime and a calm, tidy home
