Sunny bedroom in central Dalston girlie house share - available from Jan 1st but can be flexible!

£900 pcm plus £85 bills (incl. council tax, wifi, water, gas, electricity)

Double bedroom available for one person on the middle floor of our lovely 6-bed terraced Dalston home. This room shares two bathrooms with four others. The house has a kitchen / dining space that we’ve tried to make as cosy and homely as possible, with a dining table and a sofa. There’s also a small spare box room on the first floor of the house where we tend to hang laundry / use it as storage.

The house is located on Shacklewell Lane, super close to various pubs, Hackney Downs Park, The Factory, and Kingsland Road. Ten minute walk to Rectory Road, Dalston Kingsland, and 15 mins to Dalston Junction, with lots of buses in the high st that take you right into the city / south bank too!

Would be sharing with 5 other gals ages 24-29, so looking for another girl who falls into this age bracket to keep the balance. LGBTQ+ friendly of course! There’s also another two rooms going in the same house so there’s the chance to build a lovely home with a new group of gals! Would love to have another creative girlie join who can help make the house even more of a home - houseplants, art, and knick knack collections very welcome!❤️

Outside of work, the girls are a relatively chill bunch, and are looking for someone who’d want to join for a a glass of wine (or orange squash lol) hang out in the kitchen whilst cooking, but who also respects other people’s space / schedules and makes an effort to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. There’s been the occasional party, but aren’t typically a party house 🫶🏻
