Bright double room on 2nd floor with private bathroom and shower, south facing private balcony, integrated wardrobe with a chest of drawers and hangers. The other two bedrooms in the house are on the 1st floor with a separate bathroom + shower, so there’s a good level of privacy.

As you can see, the room is full of my stuff on the photos but I’ll be clearing out my stuff including the music equipment, but I will not be putting any furniture or larger items into storage. Happy to discuss solutions that work well for both parties!

I have two flatmates, both late 20's professionals and absolutely lovely humans.

Ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen (includes dishwasher, gas stove and oven as well as all the usual appliances) and a lovely garden/patio, another toilet. Big TV and Apple TV for movie nights and a pump organ (because naturally, every house should have a pump organ).

Available 2nd of December until end of April.

£1200 p/month (incl. all bills, no extra cost)

Location is great, lots of fun spots around the area. Great for transport, busses 149, 243, 76 and 67 just as you walk out the door. Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations 5-10min walk town the road with more bus options as well on the way. Kingsland offers Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S and Iceland just to name a few. 24/7 off-licence across the road.
