Hello!
We’re looking for some lovely people to join our home, keeping the tranquil vibes glowing as we build peaceful coexistence and community. We all have our own lives, but frankly, the world is hard enough to navigate as it is for queer and neurodiverse folks like us, so at home we like to keep things happy, communicative and considerate as a sanctuary for recharging in the middle of the chaos for us all. We’re a mix of late twenty - thirty somethings, working in a variety of creative and charitable fields. If this sounds like your cup of tea, please read on and drop us a message if either of the rooms are suitable.

The flat:
It’s a nice 5 bed, 3 bathroom flat with all the nice normal house fixtures. It’s a bit old and tatty in places, but hey, for the price/location, it’s still a steal. We have an open plan kitchen, diner and living space so there’s a nice, homely, open plan feel. With the number of bathrooms, there’s never any awkward waits for the loo or morning shower battles.
Location: 6 mins from Dalston Junction and Haggerston stations, with the 76, 149, 242 and 243 bus routes seconds away.
The Rooms:
Room 1: £856pcm, available from 10th January
Great size for the price, comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bed side table. We have a desk and a couple of other shelves dotted about, too, if needed. The bathroom, with shower over the bath, is only shared with one other person and you have the added luxury of being the only bathroom with a window in the flat.
Room 2: £956pcm, available from 12th January
Large room with lots of sunlight and storage. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, clothes rail, shelves, kallax and bedside table. The bathroom is only shared with one other, who has a shower in their room, so it’s primarily yours most of the time.
Contract:
The contract will be renewed in February and the landlord has agreed we can stay here with a yearly 4% rent increase for the foreseeable future. The tenancy is handled by a letting agent, so you’ll need to be either employed, have proof of income or have a UK based guarantor to pass the referencing, unfortunately.

Approx £90pp pcm in summer and £120pp pcm in winter
