Hello!

We’re looking for a couple of lovely people to join our calm, queer- and neurodiverse-friendly home. We value open communication, kindness and treating our flat as a sanctuary from the outside world. We’re a group of late-20s to 30-somethings working in creative and charitable fields, living our own lives but enjoying a peaceful, considerate shared space. If that sounds like your vibe, read on.

The flat
A 5-bed, 3-bathroom flat with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It’s a little worn in places but spacious, homely and great value for the location. With three bathrooms, there’s never a queue.

Location
6 minutes from Dalston Junction and Haggerston, with the 76, 149, 242 and 243 buses seconds away.

The rooms

Room 1 – £806 pcm, available now–12 Feb
A generously sized furnished room (bed, wardrobe, bedside table, plus optional desk/shelves). Bathroom is shared with one other person and is the only one with a window. Landlord is happy to repaint and replace the bed if desired.

Room 2 – £876 pcm, available from 12 Feb
A comfortable double room with enough space to fit a proper desk without it feeling cramped. It gets great evening light, with sunsets that actually make you pause for a second at the end of the day. It shares a bathroom with just one other room.

We do also have an ensuite room available for £920pcm (one of us is potentially moving rooms but we’re more focused on finding the right people, so if you like our vibe but need an ensuite, give us a shout and we’ll send you the details).

Contract
Renewal in February with a 4% annual rent increase agreed long-term. Managed by a letting agent, so referencing applies (employment/income or UK guarantor required).

Bills
Around £90 pp/month in summer and £120 pp/month in winter.
