Ensuite Room Sublet in Dalston — January

I’m subletting my cozy ensuite room from 30th December to 28th January. The room is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the house, offering plenty of privacy and natural light thanks to a skylight in both the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom.

You’ll be sharing the house with three female professionals who work a hybrid schedule between home and the office. We keep the house clean, tidy, and respectful. It’s a calm and relaxed home rather than a party house, though having a few friends over occasionally is absolutely fine.

There is currently some scaffolding outside due to neighbouring building works, but this is in the process of being removed and should be gone by the time you move in.

I’m ideally looking for someone considerate, tidy, and respectful of the shared space and my housemates.
