Dalston - Feb only - Amazing Location

I am subletting my room for the month of February only. I can be flexible with a few days either side of that.

My large room has big windows, a desk, a large double bed, and plenty of storage.

We live on a quiet, leafy road, which is somehow a stone’s throw from buzzy Kingsland High Street, Newington Green, and Ball’s Pond Road. The location could not be better.

We have a brand new stove and washing machine as of this month. We also have a huge balcony which is a big perk.

Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overgrounds are both a 5 five minute walk away. There are great bus links all around the flat. I am also open to lending you my bike if that’s how you enjoy getting around.

You’ll be living with my flatmate Jessye. She’s 25 and currently studying for a neuroscience PhD. She’s great fun and easy to get along with.

Price includes bills. The books will stay, but everything else can go.
