Description:
Bright 64m² 2-bedroom flat in a modern building (2013) in Dalston. The flat has one double bed and two single futons (one in the small second bedroom, one in the living room), so can accommodate up to 4 people. Couples welcome. Excellent transport: 5-10 min walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction Overground stations, plus great bus links. Walking distance to Hackney Downs and Clissord Park. Vibrant high street with many restaurants, pubs, and shops. Co-op on the ground floor of the building; Aldi and Sainsbury's 5-10 mins away. Small shared balcony with nice views. Bike storage is available on-site, though access has recently been affected by power issues (electric doors currently not operational).

About us:
We are a couple with a newborn, going away on holiday for these three weeks. We’re looking for responsible people who will treat our home with care and enjoy it while we’re away.

Entry: Fob access; two heavy entry doors at building entrance. Level access from street.
Intercom/Doorbell: Intercom system to allow visitors in; flat has a doorbell.
Floor/Lift: Flat is on the 6th floor. There is a lift in the building, but it has been unreliable recently and is sometimes out of service.
Layout: All rooms (two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area) are on one level within the flat. Large windows throughout.
Noise/Sensory: Some street noise (emergency vehicle sirens) audible with windows open; much reduced when closed. Non-smoking/no 420, please.
Pets: Pets negotiable (please enquire).
Outdoor space: Small shared balcony (with one other flat).
