Lovely Double Room in Dalston

Fab double room available in a newly refurbished 3 bed flat, less than a 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Station!

Kat (29, brand manager, Irish) and I (Alice, 29, Clinical Psychologist, also Irish) also have secured a great 3 bed flat but I unfortunately our 3rd housemate has had to drop out, so we are looking for someone to take his place!

I will be taking the first room in the video and Kat is open to discussion about which one she takes!
Both rooms come with a double bed and wardrobe, and the flat has a large living space. We also have a spare room to use as an office/ extra storage. There is also a large communal roof terrace that will be fab in summer!

Lifestyle wise, Kat and I both work 9-5s. Our evenings and weekends are mostly filled chilling, going to shows, catching up with friends, and (sometimes) the gym.

We don’t had the keys to the flat yet but happy to arrange a drink/coffee/ or call to meet instead.

WiFi is included in the bills and will sort the rest when we move in!
