Beautiful room in amazing Dalston flat

Hope this ad finds you well, and not too traumatised from the horrors of the London housing market. Everything will be okay, I promise!

My flatmate Luis is moving out of our gorgeous and epic three bedroom/3 bathroom flat in Dalston, and am looking for someone to take over his contract. You would be living with myself (Marie) and Anna. We’re both in our mid (late)-20s and working professionals (we work hybrid jobs so we work from home a few days a week). We all get on super well and hang out together. Our favorite activities include pissing each other off over Catan, watching garbage tv together (our current obsession is Heated Rivarly duh) and gossiping about our neighbors (we’re friends with a lot of our neighbors so the gossiping comes from a place of love). However, we also respect each others privacy and space, and have independent social lives.

If this is the kind of home environment you’re looking for, then please reach out with a little bio about yourself. We’re looking for someone in their 20s, who is a working professional, and is friendly, tidy, respectful and mature.

You would be replacing Luis in the contract which goes up until end of July, with the possibility to renew with myself and Anna. This would also involve paying the security deposit.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
