Lovely big south facing room in large N16 house

Hello,
I am looking for a house mate for my house in Belgrade Road. The double room available is on the ground floor, with a big south facing window. There is very little traffic, so it is a quiet location. There is a large kitchen/diner, and good sized bathroom on the first floor. Normally the bathroom is mainly used by the person renting the room as I have a small shower room at the top of the house that I use. I work as an artist from home, using an upstairs room as my studio, so I am at home the majority of the time. I also have an elderly dog, who tends to sleep a lot, and his feeding area is upstairs, so you may not see him very much.
I have a male friend currently staying with me for between 1 - 3 nights a week until May. He uses the large bathroom when he stays, but normally this would be mainly used by the person renting the room.
All bills are included apart from gas and electricity which are shared.
I am hoping to find someone easy going, considerate, and compatible with sharing a space for mutual stress free living! It would not be suitable if you have large furniture items of your own as the room is already furnished. Belgrade Road is a lovely street, with friendly neighbours, and easy transport links.
