We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home right in the heart of Dalston. The flat is modern, bright, and spacious, located on the 4th floor of Zest House with a lift and a secure entrance.

- Open-plan and warm with underfloor heating (individually controlled in each room) and a south-facing balcony, perfect for morning coffee.
- Access to a communal rooftop terrace, secure bike storage, and a gym located in the building next door.
- No more missing deliveries! The concierge handles all parcels.
- A decent-sized bright double room which will be unfurnished.
- You will share the main bathroom with Orlaith.

✨ The Vibe

You’ll be living with Celia (French, works in advertising) and Orlaith (Irish, works in tech sales), both in our early thirties. We both enjoy being out and about, but we’d love to find someone who’s keen to share more than just a flat. Whether it’s a coffee, a walk, a pub visit, or a night out!

We’d love the flat to feel lived-in and social, where we can have friends over for dinner or drinks, and hopefully create a little flat family here.

📍 Location

The apartment complex is tucked away two blocks behind Kingsland High Street, so it is surprisingly peaceful and quiet. However, you’re still only a 2-minute walk from all the best bars, cafes, yoga studios, and restaurants Dalston has to offer.

- Dalston Junction (Overground): 2-minute walk (0.1 miles).
- Dalston Kingsland (Overground): 5-minute walk.
- Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line): 10 minutes via Overground.
- The City/Shoreditch: 10–15 minutes by bus or train.
