Double room available in Dalston/Stokey home

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our home between Dalston and Stoke Newington. Our current flatmate is moving on after a few years, and we’re looking for another female flatmate aged between late 20s - early 30s take her room. No couples, sorry.

The Room & Flat
The flat is located on the second/top floor of a converted Victorian terrace.
• The Room: A bright, fully furnished double room.
• You’ll share a bathroom with just one other person.
• Transport: We are well-connected: 5 mins walk to Rectory Road (Overground to Liverpool St) and 15 mins to Dalston Kingsland/Junction.
• We have a secure bike locker right next to the house

The Household Vibe
You’ll be sharing with Anj (32) and Annie (27). We’ve lived here for a couple of years and have a good relationship with our landlord.
We both work in the office 3–4 days a week. In the evenings, we’re a social household—we love catching up over a bit of TV or a shared dinner, and we’re always up for a local pub trip. That said, we’re very respectful of boundaries; we have our own busy lives and appreciate the flat being a calm place to recharge.

The Financials
• Rent: £750 per month
• Bills: Approx £100 (Council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi)
