I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in Dalston from 1 April until early July 2026.

You’d be sharing the flat with two lovely women in their mid–late 20s who are friendly, respectful and easy going. The flat has a really calm and chilled vibe, so not really a party flat.

About the flat and room:
• 3 bedroom flat with a spacious open plan kitchen and living area
• 1 shared bathroom
• Lots of natural light
• Bills are around £100-150 per month
• 9 min walk from Dalston Kingsland
• Security and CCTV in the building
• Right next to the high st with the cutes cafes, and pubs

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothes rail and mirror.

Rent and details:
• £1,000 per month (bills not included)
• Rent due on the 1st of each month
• 2 weeks’ rent deposit to secure the room
• Available 1 April – 1 July 2026
• No pets
• No couples
