Large double bedroom in Dalston townhouse

I’m moving out of the UK in May (approx) and looking for someone to rent the spare room in my house on an annual rolling contract.

You’ll be living with a female professional in her 30s who has lived with me for 8 years. The house is being left under her care until she decides to move out. I have a cat who I will be coming back to collect once I’m settled abroad.

The room/house:
- Large, garden facing bedroom with king-sized bed
- Own bathroom with washer & tumble dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Access to home office if needed for WFH
- Quiet, private/gated road with parking included
- Good sized garden

Tenant criteria:
- Must be cat friendly, have had experience living with cats
- Does not have their own pets
- Young working professionals that rent responsibly and respectfully
- Have a more lowkey and chilled lifestyle
