👋🏼👋🏼 We have a lovely double room with en suite coming available in our 3 bed flat in Dalston, due to our housemate buying her own place. Move in date can be flexible from March 22nd-April 10th.
About the room/flat:
A modern, 2 story flat in vibey Dalston. The room itself is a double room with an en suite and is at the back of the flat so you get your own privacy, and as it’s off the main road it’s quieter in the evenings. The room has its own storage, and comes fully furnished.
Rent/bills:
Monthly rent is £970, excluding bills which come to around £120 per month!
🛒 Aldi, Sainsburys and M&S are all a 5 minute walk away
🚂 less than 2 minute walk to Dalston junction station (overground runs every 4 minutes) / and 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland station
There are loads of great bars and places to eat in Dalston, with Broadway market, Shoreditch and Hackney Wick on our doorstep.
About us:
You will be moving in with Brogan & Hattie - we have been friends since moving in together 3.5 years ago. Brogan works in People/HR, and Hattie works in Marketing - we are both in the office 3 days a week.
We are both big foodies, like to cook nice dinners or try out new food spots. We’re social and enjoy going out to the local pubs/bars for a pint or glass of wine, and love a gig, festival and are into our music (perfect really seeing as we’re a stones throwaway from Victoria park!). We can equally spend a Saturday evening binge-watching a series or be out with friends, and we’re looking for someone who’s pretty similar to us.
We do treat the flat as our chilled space, so whilst we may have friends over for drinks or dinner, we wouldn’t consider it a party flat.
About you
We are looking for a 27–31 year old, ideally someone who works a typical 9–5. We like to hang out in the house, but are often out doing our own thing too. It would be great to find someone who can fit into our dynamic – someone fun/social/friendly/easy going, with their own friends and life going on, but also keen for the occasional Friday wine 🍷
