A bright double room is available from 1st April (or earlier if needed) in a lovely top-floor warehouse conversion with high ceilings, great views, and a relaxed home atmosphere. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living room and one bathroom, and the building is full of creatives, with 24/7 security, CCTV, and a helpful residents’ WhatsApp group.

I’m looking for someone in their 30s–40s, working full-time (max 2–3 days WFH), who is tidy, respectful, and enjoys a calm, comfortable home. This isn’t a party flat — I like keeping the space peaceful :)

The room comes with a bed frame only.
FYI, there’s also a sofa in the living room and a shelving unit that I bought with my current flatmate, and he’d like to sell his share to the incoming tenant (around £70 altogether, TBC).
Everything else in the flat I bought myself, and you’re very welcome to use it and make yourself at home. :)

About me:
I’m Noemi, 37, working full-time in fashion (often long hours). In my free time I practise yoga, cook, go to exhibitions and gigs, travel, and paint. I smoke, but only outside. I’m friendly and sociable but also value personal space.
