Double Room with private bathroom in Dalston

Hi! I'm leaving my wonderful flat in Dalston after 2 years (moving in with some friends who just arrived from Canada or else I would never leave!)

I've lived here since my first day in London and it's been a dream - amazing location with great transport links and honestly everything you could need right outside the door.

It's a well sized double room with space for a clothes rack, dresser and desk. You'll have exclusive use of the main bathroom which is also really well sized. The room comes furnished with a double bed/mattress and clothing rack (different than the one in the photos) but if you prefer to bring your own furniture the landlord can have the bed removed.

You'll be sharing with a couple (ages 27-28) who are super chill and have been here for the last 5 years. Maddy works as a producer in photography and Josh is in finance - I work in film and we've all gotten along great over the years. We're mostly out and about with our own schedules but will enjoy a chat while we're in the kitchen or make Sunday dinner together every now and then. The rooms are on opposite sides of the flat so it feels very private, and we all travel a fair bit throughout the year so there are lots of stretches where you'll have the flat to yourself.

Bonus (especially for North Americans) there is a separate washer and tumble dryer which I am devastated to be saying goodbye to.

Bills come to around £90-£120 a month (council tax, internet, gas+elec and water).

Our landlords are very responsive and helpful and the building is secure and full of great people.

The flat will be available Apr 1 and will require a DPS takeover and referencing, but I can be flexible with move ins for the first half of April.
