Spacious Light Room in Dalston/Hackney

*NOTE Hoping for someone who is happy to sign on the lease that starts April 1st but is happy to sublet the room to an existing housemate for 2-3 weeks as she has another tenancy starting April 20th (can be flexible on this)*

We’re looking for someone to join us in the remaining room in our Dalston/Hackney house share. It’s a 5 min walk from Hackney Downs which goes straight to Liverpool street and a 10-15 min walk to Dalston Junction or Kingsland.

There’s a small front and back garden and plenty of storage in the bedroom. We’re a friendly house who chill out together frequently in the living room and watch TV but also all quite social and love going out to all the spots in the area (it’s full of gems). Another girlie preferred and around our age (mid 20s to early 30s). Current housemates are myself (Riz, 29) and Jess, 31. We both work in finance on hybrid schedules and really value socialising inside and outside of the house. The living room and kitchen are big enough for 4 people to all be comfortably in and our little garden area is nice to have.

You’ll be on the top floor and sharing a bathroom with one other person which has a shower and sink and toilet (there are 2 bathrooms, the one on the second floor has a bath which anyone is welcome to use and 1 downstairs toilet).

Rent is £978 per room and bills mean that monthly costs end up being around £1,100-1,150 per person after water, gas, and wifi and council tax (band D)

Deposit is £1,129 - this goes into a deposit protection scheme.
