Hi Hi, My name is Alyssa and I just moved into a gorgeous, bright, and super spacious flat in Dalston. I am looking to sublet my second bedroom!
The dates are flexible so let me know what you're looking for and if it's a good fit I am also looking to add someone to the lease if you're interested!
About the flat: a 2 bed flat on the 1st floor of building. The kitchen and sitting room are on 1st floor. The bedrooms are on second floor which is nice so there's some seperation from the main areas of the flat and the bedrooms. I am working on curating the perfect flat, but in the meantime I have more than the basic covered! Your room will have all the necessities, curtains, bedspread, pillows, storage for clothing - but happy to remove items if you have some already. I like to keep the spaces clean so hanging at home is comfy and calm!
About me: I'm a 30s something working in tech. In my free time I love enjoying wine with friends, taking long walk to the park, dancing, pilates, art, and vintage markets, and exploring London.
About you: Also enjoys exploring London, is clean and respectful, but doesn't mind having a glass of wine with me and chilling at home! Additionally, no working from home constantly, but every once and awhile is all good :)
