Double Room in Dalston

Hello!

We’re on the lookout for a lovely new housemate to join our three-bedroom home just off Dalston Lane from the 9th May.

You’ll be living with Jack (M, 30, a writer in film and TV) and Alex (F, 29, a womenswear designer). We’ve created a friendly and easygoing home - we both have busy work weeks and full social lives, so we really value having a calm space to come back to but always up for a hang out!

The house is in a great spot, its just a 10-minute stroll to London Fields, 3 minutes from a big Sainsbury’s, and only 5 minutes walk to Dalston Kingsland station. We are also lucky to have a bright and sunny shared kitchen and living area.

The room is a spacious, partly furnished double bed room; it comes with a mattress, desk and wardrobe. Our current house-mate is moving abroad so is open to leave the chest of drawers, clothing rail and shoe rack if agreed upon prior to moving in.

Rent is £775 and bills usually come to around £60-70 per month (Hackney Council Band D). We also have a cleaner for the shared areas once a month and rotate/ collectively clean other weeks.
