Excellent location - I do love the area - with common facilities nearby (Dalston's Main Street, AllPress coffee, Dalston mall Tesco, shops, pubs, bus stops, bike stops and underground station all within a 10 min walk). Further away is London fields park around 10-15mins walk.
You would live with Andrew, the current living tenant and another tenant which is currently being searched.
A bit about myself: been living in London for over six years now and I like to enjoy the city and I am very much into sports (wrestling, MMA, F1, football, tennis) and music to keep it short. I am always up for a chat and do value a nice atmosphere within the household whilst I am also respectful of each other's spaces.
Every room has its own bathroom. Common areas are the kitchen and the living room.
***The flat will be available from June 7th*** however viewings will probably take place early, starting around April 14th and onward.
Property (all white goods) is furnished however room 2 comes unfurnished and room 1 is up to debate with the leaving tenant. Room 1 (the bigger one) is available from May 15th and room is available from June 7th.
